My Review Of Brandon Dodge on Broadway:
I came in for an advertized vehicle. Michael
Kern took my phone call and set an appointment. he was prompt
knowledgable and in now way tried to seell me anything. He let
information guide my experience and found ways to get me the information
I desired to make an informed decision. There were a few things to be
fixed on the vehicle. The cost for repairs ran over estimates yet the
dealership and AJ the GM stood behind what they had set up with me.
Michael called frequently to keep me informed as to the schedule for the
repair and made certain I received a top quality vehicle for the money
Michael Kern can not be recommended highly enough. Brandon Dodge is to be commended for their work and integrity. In an age when people often say whatever is necessary to make a sale, I was encouraged by the treatment I received throughout the deal. I would say this dealership and Michael have set the bar so high i can not think of another dealership to which I would ever send a friend.
I have been buying trucks from Hal since 1996. The reason I went to Brandon was because they had the good sense to employ Hal. This is my 9th truck/car from Hal . After getting to the dealership I could see why Hal would work there. The Staff was friendly and non pressuring, which is very important to me. They also didn't give me the feeling that they wanted to squeeze the last penny from the deal. Hal was a no brainer , always great service. The rest of the staff was a very pleasent surprise . They were professional and accomidating. Over all another great deal form Hal Turley. 9/9

The new ownership certainly has proved to me that a dealer can be different. Better! I've bought many cars and this purchase ranks in the top three for sure. When you feel what your being told is real and honest, that makes the difference. It did for me. I can't remeber the sales person, but everyone was great. Check them out. I know that I'll be back. TJ

I have a BK on my credit and I did not think I was ready to buy a car at all much less the one I wanted, but Ernie found a way to sell me the car I wanted. He was able to use only my crumby trade as down. The whole process was fast and easy. I left driving the car that I wanted that day.

This was the most friendly and fair car buying experience we have ever had. NO high pressure and VERY fair friendly people. Would recommend these people to anyone we know. Ralph was not feeling well at all on on of the coldest days of the year we have had, and had no hesitation of being outside and doing whatever needed to be done to have a satisfied customer. We appreciated him so much.
My son and I had an appointment with Vincent Jammicelli (Vinny) Friday after work. We were greeted immediately by another salesman and Vinny was waiting inside for us. From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and taken care of by this professional young man. He was a huge part of the reason that we purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brandon Dodge. After buying several cars from other dealerships, Vinny made this experience one not to forget. The deal was not stressful and never once did we feel we were being taken advantage of. Everything was up front and HONEST! We would reccommend this dealership to anyone looking at buying a car and most definately ask for Vinny....he was GREAT and easy to work with. What a charming young man.

Was very pleased with the service received at Brandon Dodge. Took my truck in because the check engine light was on, Joe took a look at it ,explained what the problem was and had it fixed the next day. The accessories department was also very helpful in picking out additions for my truck. I will have no hesitations in taking my truck there again. Everybody I dealt with was profesional and polite
My daughter and I were shopping for a car to buy for her as she had just turned 16 . We were on our way to another dealership when we were passing by the new Brandon Dodge . They had a car displayed up front that caught our attention . From the moment we arrive we were greeted by Ralph he was polite and knowledgeable of all the cars we had interest in and he had great patience with our slow process .
After choosing a car we were introduced to Jeff Miller sales manager. Jeff and I hammered out a deal and he was straight forward
in our dealings . Jeff showed great maturity and professionalism . It with out of doubt . That I would highly recommend Brandon Dodge.
First of all, I couldn't believe the amount of inventory this dealership has! It's amazing! The place is very clean and has every amenity you could ask for (bring your kids, there's a playroom equipped with toys and a huge flat screen). Any model and color was readily available for me to view. I never had the issue of "sorry, we only have that model in Black" or "We have it in your color, but it's the more expensive model" (classic bait and switch). I was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who made this experience seamless. I am always defensive with car salesmen as I feel they can be pushy...not ONCE did I feel pressured as the staff was extremely supportive and actually listened to my needs! My experience in buying cars has been a stressful and an annoying process that usually ends in hours of negotiations, frustrated parties, and a feeling of buyer's remorse. Amazingly, Brandon Dodge asked the right questions and provided me with options that catered to MY NEEDS and WANTS! They were extremely helpful with the pricing and within 10minutes I was off the lot in my new Charger!
I didn't realize how wonderful this experience was for me until I got home and my wife said "wow, that was quick! You've only been gone for an hour!" trust me, she knows how indecisive I am, especially when it comes to cars. Thanks to all at Brandon Dodge!
